Here Alexander is holding and drinking out of a sippy cup all on his own. I helped him grab it and he brought it right up to his mouth to drink out of.

Jeremy got to feed Alexander sweet potatos for the first time. I thought the sweet potatos might be a little tangy for him. But they were not, he loves them.

I cannot believe Alexander is 20 weeks old. He is growing so fast. He has started to reach and grab for things. Of couse everything he does grab goes straight into his mouth. He loves his ceral. I give him some every night with his night time nursing. He will now open his mouth for anything. When he sees a straw or a spoon his little tougue goes crazy.

He went in for a wellness check up and for more shots :( He did very good this time, he hadly ever whinned. He is now 26 1/2 inches long. As for his weight I thought the scale said 17lbs 9ozs but when I got home and read his report from the doctor it said he was 18lbs and 7ozs. I will have to weigh him to see. Either way our little boy is going up fast.

Jeremy had a great trip to Denmark. I think the best part for him was coming home. He really missed Alexander, he said Alexander had changed so much since he left. Alexander had no trouble remembering his daddy. He was very happy to see Jeremy!

Jeremy and I went to the movies for the first time since Alexander was born. Grandma and Grandpa watched him and they had it really easy. He slept the whole time we were gone. He is such a good boy! Thanks, Grandma and Grandpa for the night off.

Alexander's first time in his highchair. He looks like such a big boy. I can remember thinking it would be so long before he would need one and now he is using it.
