Alexander has had a friend over all week. Jacob, my friend's 12 month old, has been staying with us this week. Alexander is not sure what to think about him walking and crawling. But after watching him, Alexander has decided he should crawl. So he is on the go now.

 

We had a fun weekend, some of my friends came up from central Florida to spend sometime at the beach. Lucky for me their beach house is 15 mins away! Friday night it was just the girls, Alexander spent the evening with Jeremy. He did really good, but he went to bed before I got home. So it was the first time I did not get to say goodnight to my little man:( But Jeremy took a video on his phone and sent it to me. Then on Saturday we went to the beach for a couple of hours and had a blast.

 

Here is another one from the beach. We got a new program on the computer and Jer and I have been playing with it. It is so much fun, but it is not easy to use.

 

Alexander is watching Jeremy mow the yard. He loves to look and be outside.

We went and had dinner with Kristy, Zach and Evie in Starke at Sonny's. We had to recreate this picture. The picture of us in the red was taken last year for Kristy's Birthday. She was pregnant with Evie and I with Alexander, so this year we took it with Alexander and Evie in our arms. Of course the funny thing about this picture is that Kristy is pregnant again!

I had to share this. This is the throw my mom and dad got me for my birthday. Aunt Buff took the photo and my mom and dad had it put on a throw. I love it. It is a little weird to see my face on a throw but it is the coolest. I now I will treasure it forever!

Here is one of Alexander new favorite foods, I mix plain yogurt with baby food. He loves it. He will eat the yogurt plain, which surprised me because plain yogurt is so bitter. But I guess he does not know the difference.

Jeremy came home from work early and took a really long nap. Me and Alexander thought it was time for him to wake up!

 

Bath time with Dixie

It was Dixie's turn to take a bath, he did not think she was as funny as Libby. I think it was because Dixie did not shake as much as Libby. He did enjoy the company.

 

7 months now

Alexander has been getting into the crawl position for the last 2 days. He wants to go somewhere so bad. He has also pulled up on his crib and on me from a sitting position. He has not yet pulled up from laying down. He is now a belly sleeper. He has been since he learned to roll over. He must get that from me.

Here are Alexander's football PJ's. As you can tell I love PJ's! I have had these for a while, but they are 12 months so I did not think they would fit. I think they run a little small because he is in 6-9 months in everything else.

 

We went to the park in our neighborhood. Alexander loved swinging on the swing. Jeremy and I walked around the block with him too. Of course he loved every minute of it, because we were outside.

 

Libby took a bath with Alexander tonight. It was so funny, every time she would shake he would laugh. He kept trying to grab her, it was so much fun.

 

He LOVES my hair, I have been thinking about cutting it. I do not think he is going to let me!

Here we are at Jacob's first birthday. It was a blast, Jacob loved playing in his cake!

 

Just playing around the house. Alexander LOVES having me home all the time. We play game and read books all day. It is so wonderful to get to watch him grow up! I love every moment of it!

 

Getting into everything

Alexander is getting into everything. If he sees it he wants it. He will roll and roll and roll until he gets it. He has also learned to scoot and he loves to do it.
